Searching for Marco Schmidt (without quotes) yields varying results. I'm #1 with Yahoo!, #14 with Google (the Java page, not the main page), and not among the top 50 with MSN.

Talking about recipes, they seem to be the winner of the move. Google is already including a lot of my recipe pages in its top 10 requests of the type Rezept X (rezept = recipe, X standing for the name of a dish). In the search terms section of my stats, recipes are by far the biggest section (formerly occupied by Java).

The only page MSN has from the old site (geocities.com) is the one about geographical data.
I wonder why the Java part isn't included.
By the way, I'm aware that almost nobody will care about these search engine index update reports,
but I also publish them to have a main page which changes daily, hopefully that will help as well
to make the new site be more popular with the search engines.
I'm going to document the inclusion of my pages in the big search engines on a day-to-day basis. Google has three pages in their index (main, Java overview and image I/O libraries), Yahoo! Search also three (image I/O libraries, newsgroups Aachen and Desperate Housewives), MSN Search nothing.
Both Google and Yahoo! Search have some of the new site's pages in their index.
