There is a lot of data online to be readily found by search engines and understood by human readers. However, in order for computers to make sense of data it must be available in a more structured way. As an example, if you are a software developer who wants to offer a list in his program to let the user pick his home country, you will have to get that list somewhere. This part of the site attempts to offer some of the data and point to places where such data can be found.
